“A combination of work, health, financial, and (thus) emotional issues had combined to squeeze out much of my sense of self. When I met Molly, I was great at coaching others on self-care but was driving myself in circles, feeling uncertain about my ability to make good decisions and then stick to them. Through Molly’s coaching and my journey of self-discovery, I embarked on a path to find my way back to younger, more confident self—only with the added bonus of the wisdom that life has taught me.
Molly helped me confront some of my self-defeating patterns and to re-appreciate truths I had misplaced. She was also a form of accountability at a time that I needed it. I am surprised and delighted at the specific direction my life has taken since I began coaching with Molly. I have re-learned to lean into hope, and I am making decisions from a position of vulnerable, open, and honest strength now–a powerful and true place that I know is providing me with a genuine life.”

“Working with Molly has been a life changing experience for me. For a while, I felt as though I was wandering aimlessly around my own life. With no clear understanding of who I was or what I wanted, I reached out to Molly for the guidance I was so desperately seeking.
Without guilt, shame, fear, or embarrassment, Molly allowed me to think and dream big – bigger than I ever allowed myself before. Her approach forced me to dig deep into the uncomfortable places in order to overcome the cloud of self-doubt I was living under. I am truly deserving of happiness and joy, and without Molly, it would have taken me much longer to realize this.
With hard work, dedication, and Molly’s unending support and encouragement, I am more confident and feel as though I am capable of anything. I not only look at Molly as a Life Coach, but as a good friend in whom I can confide anything. Words cannot express my sincere gratitude.”

“Molly is one of those fabulous women I feel like I’ve known my whole life. Molly’s compassion, honesty, wisdom, strength, support and belief in me was exactly what I needed. I was at a point in my life where I desired not only a coach but a mentor (and at times a big sister!) to help me get to the next level in my personal and professional life. Molly has the ability to connect you to your own personal power, your own truth and the joy of living a meaningful life with her intuitive questions, straight forward style and loving approach.
I was able to become unstuck, break the cycle of old habits and start taking big action steps on my dreams. Molly is super passionate about coaching and mentoring people to live their fullest lives. I feel so blessed to not only have worked with her but call her my friend.”

“I signed up for group coaching because I wanted to “go, decide, produce, push”. I’m a newly minted entrepreneur with a lot of ideas and I was anxious to improve my efficiency and get things moving! Little did I know these 10 weeks would totally alter my outlook. Your homework assignments, the support system the six of us created, and the reflection you encouraged combined to soften and strengthen me in a big, big way. I’m not much for asking for help, acknowledging my wishes and feelings, or slowing down with intention, but through the Get It Off the Ground sessions, I’ve been learning how to do all three.
You don’t have to struggle alone, figure everything out yourself, or create absurd expectations or deadlines in order to be successful. As the coaching comes to a close, I’m realizing that being thoughtful, taking the time to plan, exploring, taking baby steps, and loving and listening to yourself are actually way more important. And they’re huge catalysts for productivity and feelings of accomplishment! This new perspective has literally changed my life. I hope to continue to build on it without slipping back into old habits, and as I do, I’ll have you to thank!”

When I first heard about Molly’s lifestyle design course I thought maybe I didn’t “fit the mold”. I had an internship I loved, was in a Master’s program I found challenging and fulfilling, and had not been through any recent life crises or sudden lay-offs. However, I quickly learned that there is no “mold” for Stratejoy.
In fact, the classes thrive on providing a common place for women from many different backgrounds and walks of life to be open, honest, silly, and most of all…brave. I have benefited most from this bravery and find that even the seemingly small and unimportant weekly goals are in fact the brickwork for a new and courageous road. I can’t wait to see where that road takes me, and I have Molly and the other women at Stratejoy to thank for it!

I discovered Stratejoy workshops while attending a Girl Power Hour event in early 2009. I was so intrigued and impressed by Molly’s approach to creating and noticing more joy in life that I signed up for the next Lifestyle Design workshop immediately. I was in for a treat!
Molly was an incredible teacher. She masterfully planned the workshop to incorporate creative thinking, journaling, self-reflection, dialogue, music, collages and fun! I learned to dig deeper, to more clearly articulate my life’s vision, plot my progress and live more confidently and joyfully. The positive effects keep growing as I’ve launched my own business, gone back to school and continue my Joy Book work to keep manifesting my dreams. I have highly recommended Molly’s Stratejoy workshops to my friends and clients.

Taking a Lifestyle Design class through Stratejoy has motivated me and inspired me to create the life I want be living, and not settle for anything less. The weekly class gave me insight into what it is I truly value and the direction I want my life to take.
When you first meet Molly you can tell that she’s someone special. Her positive attitude and authentic joy are infectious.
Warning: if you take this class it might rub off on you!

I decided to take Molly’s Lifestyle Design class because I had just come out the other end of a major life change, and felt like all of my plans and expectations were based on the self I knew before this major life change. I thought Lifestyle Design might help me clarify my self-perception.
I was absolutely right! The best thing about Molly’s classes and coaching is that you can make the class whatever you need it to be, and Molly will support your goals. I was able to make the exercises very internal, in order to discover my sense of self, while many of the other women in my class worked on more external concerns. No matter what you want, the class will morph to meet your needs!
The exercises are phenomenal, and really provide a structure for discovery. In fact, for one exercise we created a piece of art to represent our personal values. I loved my final product so much, and found that it was so inspirational, that I framed it, and it now hangs on my wall where I can see it every day!
My thanks to Molly for creating and leading such a transformative experience!

Have you ever pictured your life 20 years from now? How about 10 years from now? 5 years? I hadn’t, not specifically, and as 2008 drew to a close I realized I was nowhere near where I wanted to be and I had no idea how that happened. I immediately started thinking, brainstorming, and researching ideas for big changes, but I got so overwhelmed that I stopped for my sanity’s sake.
That was about the time I met Molly and signed up for her workshop. In a month’s time, she has provided me with the structure I needed for my thinking. She helped me gain clarity and focus and even better – excitement about the future! When I look back on my life someday, I will see our time together as a wonderful turning point. And as an added bonus, you’ll have a ton of fun and meet some wonderful, positive, forward-thinking women. If you are thinking about making changes or about learning what truly makes you happy, this workshop is for you.

Stratejoy has been an amazing experience for me. Molly’s enthusiasm and energy are contagious and her sessions have introduced me to wishes and dreams I didn’t even know existed because I had always been so quick to extinguish them as impractical. I have always considered myself self-aware and goal oriented, but Stratejoy has opened my eyes to a whole new level of possibilities!
I am constantly inspired by Miss Molly Hoyne, who is living her dream and so obviously loving it. Her techniques and supportive guidance have taught me how to identify the things I truly want and I am so excited to start making my way toward my own “authentic happiness”. Unless you can honestly say you would not want to do or have anything else in your life and that you can’t imagine being any happier than you are today, I definitely recommend signing up for a Lifestyle Design Workshop as quickly as possible. Because honestly, why procrastinate on your happiness?

This workshop has not only helped me to further define my vision, but also provided me with a kick in the pants to start making that future happen now.
I love that we take a look at each “slice” of our lives–Evaluating where we are at now, where we want to be in 5 to 10 years, and how to bridge the gap. I think we all tend to get stuck in the slice where we are the least happy, but pulling back and seeing an overall picture really helped put things in perspective.
I look forward to more Stratejoy sessions and highly recommend them to any woman looking for ways to start living their best life right now!

It’s an essential exercise that we do not do enough because we “don’t have time”. But if we don’t reflect on where we are going or what we are doing, we end up actually wasting time doing things that are not getting us to where we would like to be. Molly’s Stratejoy sessions really helped me to refocus and re-motivate my actions and decisions. It was the kick in the butt that I needed to take action on many of the things that I had been reflecting/talking about for years.
I imagine a lot of people would look at the website [Stratejoy.com] and say, “Oh, I have a friend who might be able to find that workshop helpful”… The reality is that we all need it. I don’t care how “successful” you are; in order to reach the next goal, or maintain motivation, you have to take time to reflect and reevaluate where you have been and where you will be going. Sometimes, we don’t want to face what we have been doing, because we realize that we’ve spent a lot of time doing things that are not getting us where we want to be- but it’s better to realize this now, than after more time passes!
Molly is incredibly motivating and enthusiastic and best of all, she practices what she preaches. She disciplines herself to reflect and take actions each day, no matter how big or how small. It is sometimes the baby steps that we take each day that will get us to where we want to go and it is easy to loose sight of the seemingly far-off goal if we do not reflect upon it each day. So, Stratejoy is not just a workshop for “your friend”…It is a workshop that will benefit you more than you think. This was true for me.

I learned about Stratejoy in 2009 at a Girl Power Hour event. I signed up for the Joy 101 class where I assessed the different areas in my life. It was a great experience and left me feeling hungry for more. So… I followed it up with one-on-one jam session! Molly inspired and empowered me to live my life on purpose and with purpose.
I highly recommend Molly! She will enlighten and guide you to create what you want out of life, to find balance, and to live your life authentically.

I liked that once I did that I felt a lot better about myself and where things were in my life. I realized when you break things down that there is a lot of wonderful things to be happy about. And the things that I am not happy about, I have control over and can make steps to change it.
I really took away the idea that I can only work on making me the best person possible and not worry about other people. I walked away feeling lighter and ready to make some minor changes on the pathway to major goals.

Her flair and drive for life is as infectious as her smile. I have always been hesitant to join the self-help band wagon. However, I took Molly’s Joy 101 course and was surprised at how much clarity I gained. Her course provided a time for self-reflection and introspection. Molly facilitated inquisitive questions, thought provoking insights and inspiring tactics for my life. This was time (and money) well spent. Thank you much Molly!
